Udi Mokady, Founder, Chairman & CEO


Udi Mokady is the Chairman and CEO of CyberArk, and a pioneer in establishing the Privileged Access Security software market. Since co-founding the company in 1999, Mokady has entrenched CyberArk as the market leader. During his tenure at CyberArk, Mokady has also served as CyberArk’s chief strategist and visionary, overseeing global expansion, management, execution and corporate development.

Since assuming the position of CEO in 2005, Mokady’s leadership and direction has been instrumental in guiding CyberArk to achieve record growth, while accelerating overall market adoption for privileged access security solutions to protect against an evolving advanced threat landscape. Mokady led CyberArk through a successful 2014 IPO and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2016.

Prior to his role as CEO, Mokady served as CyberArk’s COO between 1999 and 2005. During this time, Mokady established CyberArk’s US headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts and successfully transitioned the company to a market leadership position in Privileged Access Security by helping organizations to recognize the connection between privileged access and advanced internal and external security threats. Mokady also orchestrated the company’s market expansion in the US, Europe, and Asia by elevating awareness of privilege-related security and compliance risks while successfully implementing and managing channel development, international sales operations and marketing for CyberArk’s award winning information security products.

Prior to CyberArk, Mokady specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel at Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of secure wireless communications systems.

Mokady received the 2018 Asper Award for Global Entrepreneurship from Brandeis University and a 2017 SC Media Reboot Award as a cyber security influencer. He was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Technology Security category in New England. Mokady is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Cyber Security Advisory Panel and is a member of the Board of Directors of Demisto.

A veteran of a Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a master of science management degree (MSM) from Boston University.

Chen Bitan, General Manager, EMEA and Asia Pacific & Japan


Chen Bitan is the General Manager of EMEA and Asia Pacific & Japan at CyberArk. In this role, he manages the company’s global research and development organization, the cyber security research lab, and the professional services teams in EMEA and Asia Pacific & Japan. Bitan played an instrumental role in bringing CyberArk’s products from prototype to market leading enterprise class solutions, with a strong focus on fulfilling market requirements with highly secured solutions and a continuously innovative approach.

Bitan has extensive experience in leading software development organizations, with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry and rich experience in the information security market. Prior to joining CyberArk in 1999, Bitan led the development of customer care and billing systems for telecommunication provider Amdocs Software Ltd. (NYSE: DOX); and the development of 4GL products for the Asia Pacific market at Magic Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC)

Bitan served as the head of the programming education department at the IDF Computer Studies Academy. He holds a bachelor of science in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Josh Siegel, Chief Financial Officer


Josh Siegel is the chief financial officer of CyberArk. With more than twenty years of financial experience in both public and private global organizations, Siegel has led company public and private offerings, capital restructurings and varied commercial transactions across hi-tech and the financial sectors.

Prior to CyberArk, Josh served as Chief Financial Officer for Voltaire Ltd. (Nasdaq: VOLT), a leading provider of InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions. In this position, in addition to running the finance & legal department he executed the company’s initial public offering (IPO), managed investor relations, and the company’s eventual merger agreement with Mellanox Technologies (Nasdaq: MLNX).

Prior to joining Voltaire, Josh served in several senior financial management positions including Controller & Treasurer for Lucent Technologies Ltd (formerly Lannet Ltd.) and Director, Capital Markets for SLM Corporation.

Siegel holds a bachelor of arts degree in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Ron Zoran, Chief Revenue Officer


Ron Zoran is Chief Revenue Officer at CyberArk. Zoran is responsible for executing the company’s worldwide sales strategy across sales, sales engineering, and channels to drive revenue growth across all geographies.

Since CyberArk’s founding in 1999, Zoran has held leadership positions across the organization in sales management, research and development, and technical support. Prior to this role, Zoran was Vice President of Sales, Americas responsible for the Americas sales, sales engineering and channel teams across the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Zoran joined CyberArk as the first research and development engineer later moving into positions including R&D Group Manager and Director of Technical Services where he founded and managed the Technical Services team for the Americas. In this role, Zoran managed client support, pre-sales and post-sales groups for CyberArk’s full product portfolio.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Zoran spent 6 years as an Officer and R&D Group Manager at the Technological Computer Center of the Israeli Defense Forces. Zoran holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.

Roy Adar, Senior Vice President, Product Management


Roy Adar is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at CyberArk. In his role he is responsible for CyberArk’s product management, product marketing and overall product strategy.

Adar brings over 20 years of experience in technology, marketing and business strategy to this role. Previously at NICE Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) Adar held the position of Market Manager with product management and marketing responsibilities for the financial services vertical. In this role he was responsible for defining, managing and launching a new product suite which has been instrumental in increasing the company’s market share and revenue across the finance vertical as well as winning multi-million dollar deals with tier-1 global banks. Previously at Integrity Systems (acquired by Glasshouse), Adar held several roles including product development group manager and senior IT consultant.

Adar holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University) and a bachelor of arts degree in Computer Science (cum laude) from Open-University in Tel-Aviv.

Marianne Budnik, Chief Marketing Officer


Marianne Budnik is Chief Marketing Officer at CyberArk. Budnik is responsible for the global structure, strategy and execution of all aspects of CyberArk’s marketing efforts to broaden market reach and drive demand for the company’s market-leading privileged account security solutions.

Budnick is a seasoned technology marketing executive, experienced in leading both transformational marketing initiatives at Fortune 500 technology companies, and driving market disruption with some of the fastest growing B2B start-ups in the technology and telecommunications industries. She also serves as an independent director for Schibsted Media Group.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Budnik served as Chief Marketing Officer for SimpliVity Corporation (acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise), where she helped shape and drive demand for a new technology category, hyperconverged infrastructure, from start-up to a high-growth industry leader.

Prior to SimpliVity, Budnik served as Chief Marketing Officer for Acme Packet, Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corporation), as Chief Marketing Officer for CA Technologies, and held multiple senior leadership positions at EMC Corporation.

Budnik holds a bachelor’s degree from Babson College and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Adam Bosnian, EVP, Global Business Development


Adam Bosnian is the executive vice president of global business development at CyberArk. He is responsible for managing and expanding global strategic relationships with technology partners at CyberArk.

Bosnian brings a strong sales, marketing and strategy success track record to his business development role at CyberArk, having served in a range of sales and marketing executive roles with the company over the past 10 years. As an early member of the CyberArk management team, Bosnian led the industry to define the market for privileged account security and compliance and helped to secure CyberArk’s leadership in the space.

Prior to CyberArk, Bosnian was the Co-General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Elron Software, completing the sale of the company to Zix Corporation. Prior to Elron, Bosnian served in a range of Sales and Marketing executive roles at InterSense, Spacetec Corporation and New Media Graphics Corporation.

Bosnian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he graduated with Highest Honors.

Vincent Goh, Vice President Sales, Asia Pacific & Japan


Vincent Goh is Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific & Japan at CyberArk. Goh leads the sales and channels teams, and is responsible for driving CyberArk’s growing customer base and channels across the region.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Goh was Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan for RSA, The Security Division of EMC for more than five years. In addition to accelerating growth for the various business portfolios within RSA, he chartered the transformation of RSA from an authentication-focused business to an intelligence-driven-security provider in Asia Pacific & Japan.

Goh has more than 20 years of IT industry and sales experience helping grow companies including EMC, AST, Dell and Iomega.

Goh was also a member of the Republic of Singapore Airforce. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Information Technology from the National University of Ireland, Dublin and an executive certificate in Management and Leadership from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Rich Turner, Vice President Sales, EMEA


Rich Turner is Vice President of Sales for EMEA. He’s responsible for executing strategic sales and channel initiatives to drive growth and expand market opportunities for CyberArk in the region.

Turner previously served as president of EMEA at FireEye. Prior, as chief executive at Clearswift Systems, one of the largest security software firms in the UK, Turner drove consecutive years of subscription revenue growth and improved operating margins; led the sale of the company to Lyceum Capital; and earned leadership recognition from SC Magazine. Additionally, he’s held board-level roles at technology and investment businesses, and also spent more than 11 years at RSA, the Security Division of EMC, where he held several senior management positions including vice president EMEA, vice president EMEA and Asia Pacific, and vice president worldwide channels.

Shahar Layani, Vice President, Security Services


Shahar Layani is Vice President, Security Services. With a strong focus on customer success, Layani is responsible for managing implementation services, consulting services, training services and customer support worldwide.

Layani was CyberArk’s first Quality Assurance Engineer and quickly moved into other positions including Software Developer, Sales Engineer, Director of Technical Services and Vice President of Professional Services for the Americas. Layani was instrumental in helping extend the reach of CyberArk solutions within large enterprise organizations with a strong emphasis on secure deployments and fulfilling business requirements, and by continuously innovating customer service approaches.

Layani joined CyberArk at its founding in 1999. Previously, Layani served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Air Force and studied Computer Science at Tel-Aviv University. In his line of duty, Layani served in a Combat Helicopter Squadrant, responsible for intelligence research, pilot briefings and missions planning.

Ruth Shaked, Vice President, Human Resources


Ruth Shaked is the Vice President of Human Resources at CyberArk. She is responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation programs, succession planning, employee relations and welfare. She brings more than 20 years of global human resource management experience to CyberArk.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Shaked was the Vice President, Global Human Resources at MediaMind, a technology company providing a platform for digital advertising solutions. She was part of the management team which led the company through both a successful IPO and an acquisition. In addition to MediaMind, she spent four years as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Lumenis, a laser medical device company with over 1,000 employees worldwide.

Shaked holds a B.A. in American History from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York.

Sigalit Shavit, Chief Information Technology Officer


Sigalit Shavit is Chief Information Technology Officer at CyberArk. She is responsible for providing and managing the information technology and security infrastructure that enables CyberArk’s business objectives.

Shavit brings more than 26 years of executive and IT inter-disciplinary experience to CyberArk – demonstrating an innate ability to tightly align the technology roadmaps of IT organizations with business objectives.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Shavit served as Global CIO and Head of DevOps at ECI Telecom Ltd. Previously, she served as VP and CIO of FedEx, Israel. Shavit has also held several senior IT positions at various technology companies where IT constituted an integral part of the business value chain and production systems.

Shavit holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
