Communications will be distributed to the Chairman of the Board, the Board as a whole, or to any individual director as appropriate, depending on the facts and circumstances outlined in the communication.

Certain items that are unrelated to the Board’s duties and responsibilities will not be provided to Board members, such as:
- product complaints
- product inquiries
- new product suggestions
- resumes and other forms of job inquiries
- business solicitations or advertisements
In addition, material that is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal or similarly unsuitable will be excluded, with the provision that any communication that is not provided to the Board will be made available to any non-management director upon request.
